Medical Directors
Physicians with a specialty in pain and symptom management who collaborate with the hospice team to oversee the plan of care.
Registered Nurses
Specialists in hospice care and experts in pain management who are available around the clock to assist with any concerns that may arise.
Certified Home Health Aides
Specially trained and available to assist patients with personal care and daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
Medical Social Workers
Patient and family advocates who assist with utilization of community resources, insurance, facility issues, financial matters, placement decisions and facilitate funeral arrangements.
Chaplains
Spiritual Care Counselors who provide non-denominational faith support and bereavement support to patients, family, and staff members.
Volunteers
Specially trained volunteers who provide friendly visits for companionship and relief care.
